If you do not agree to the Contract, do not click “Sign Up”, create a Trusted Avenues account or access or otherwise use Our website. If you wish to terminate the Contract at any time, you can do so by closing your Trusted Avenues account and no longer accessing or using Our services.
For the purposes of the Contract unless context otherwise requires:
· “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to iRefer.Business Pty Ltd T/As Trusted Avenues;
· “website” and “platform” refer to the website Trusted Avenues and the services offered on that website; and
· “you” and “your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using Our website.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Contract at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using Our website to ensure that you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you object to any changes, you may close your account. If you delete your account, it will be deleted from Our website immediately, however your data may be stored for a period as part of Our routine backup processes. Your continued use of Our website after we publish and send a notice about Our changes to these terms means that you are consenting to the updated Contract as of its effective date.
It is an essential pre-condition of you using Our website that you agree and accept that We are not legally responsible for any loss or damage that you suffer arising from your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in Our documents or information, any goods or services We may offer, your engagement with other account holders and the services that those account holders offer, or from any other use of the website. By using the Services, you may encounter content or information uploaded by other account holders that might be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. We generally do not review content provided by Our account holders or others. You agree that We are not responsible for others’ (including other account holders’) content or information. We cannot always prevent this misuse of Our website, and you agree that We are not responsible for any such misuse. We are an introduction platform only. We have not investigated and do not recommend or endorse the services offered by other account holders.
If you are an account holder, you warrant that the information that you upload to your account will be accurate, reliable and current.
Trusted Avenues may from time to time provide on its website, links to other websites, advertisements and information on those websites for your convenience. This does not imply endorsement, recommendation of, or referral to the services offered by those websites. Trusted Avenues takes no responsibility for any of the content found on the linked websites.

When you approve contact with other Trusted Avenues users, your personal data will become available to the approved user and the approved user will be able to send messages to you. You can amend your account information and settings at any time, including blocking the ability of approved users to send messages to you.
You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email or by updating your online profile. All information that We receive from Our customers is protected by Our secure servers. Our secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all customer data collected is secured against unauthorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by Us on Our servers.
In general, We do not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We may however use that information in an anonymised form without any reference to your name or other identifying information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and assist in meeting customer needs generally. Trusted Avenues expressly excludes and does not permit you to use or access Our website, to download any documents or information from its website or obtain any such documents or information through a third party. If you breach this term then Trusted Avenues will hold you fully responsible for any loss that We may sustain and further hold you accountable for all profits that you might make from such unpermitted and improper use. Trusted Avenues reserves the right to exclude and deny any person access to Our website, services or information in Our sole discretion.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks and graphics. This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Victoria and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Trusted Avenues that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
